- A. Regulatory Affairs & Legal Compliance
- Manage pesticide registration activities, including new product registration, supplementary registration, renewal and maintenance of product registrations.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations governing pesticide registration, importation, management, distribution and use.
- Monitor and update relevant legal requirements and regulatory changes.
- Prepare, review and manage regulatory dossiers, technical documents and product registration submissions.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and regulatory agencies on registration and compliance matters.
- B. Field Trials & Technical Development
- Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate pesticide efficacy trials, including small-scale and large-scale field trials.
- Develop trial protocols, select appropriate reference products, application rates and evaluation methods.
- Evaluate biological efficacy, crop safety, phytotoxicity and pre-harvest intervals (PHI).
- Analyze trial data using appropriate statistical methods and prepare technical reports.
- Manage external research organizations and ensure the quality and reliability of field trial results.
- C. Product Development
- Evaluate new compounds, formulations and crop protection technologies from Nihon Nohyaku Japan and other partners.
- Identify new product opportunities and develop technical programs for key crops in Vietnam.
- Evaluate product performance against competing products in the market.
- Develop resistance management strategies based on IRAC, FRAC and HRAC guidelines.
- Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate product commercialization.
- D. Team & Project Management
- Lead and develop the Development team.
- Prepare annual development plans, budgets and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure effective implementation of development activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Report development progress and results to BOD and Nihon Nohyaku Japan.
