Tổng quan

  • Lead and manage the Timber Structural Detailing Department, including Team Leaders and technical staff, ensuring overall departmental performance, productivity, quality, and timely project delivery.
  • Plan and oversee daily operations, workload forecasts, resource allocation, staffing requirements, and delivery schedules to optimise departmental capacity and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for Australian timber structural detailing, including wall frames, roof trusses, floor systems, and related structural components.
  • Ensure all technical deliverables meet applicable Australian construction requirements, engineering specifications, customer expectations, and established quality standards.
  • Take ownership of complex technical and operational issues, manage project risks and customer escalations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, resource utilisation, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements to technical quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop Team Leaders and technical staff through performance management, coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with Australian customers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, delivery priorities, and technical concerns are properly addressed.
  • Prepare regular departmental performance reports, provide operational recommendations to senior management, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by senior management.
