As our Operation & Documentation, you will:
Coordinate closely with clients, depots, terminals, and shipping lines to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
Manage end-to-end shipping documentation with high accuracy and full regulatory compliance for both export and import shipments (including bookings, Bills of Lading, manifests, debit notes, invoices, EIRs, and container repair records).
Utilize internal systems (SLIM) to maintain, update, and track all operational processes in real time.
Monitor daily operations proactively, identifying potential risks or delays early and escalating issues alongside viable solutions.
Work closely with Headquarters to execute operational plans, provide regular updates, and support continuous process improvement.
Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and high service quality.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key industry partners, representing Monter Vietnam’s standards and corporate values.
Collaborate seamlessly across internal teams to guarantee clear communication and flawless shipment execution.
