Tổng quan
- Team leadership: Supervise, train and motivate a team of approximately 10 operators, technicians and warehouse staff; plan shifts and assign tasks.
- Production management: Plan and control daily extrusion production to meet volume, delivery and efficiency targets (OEE, scrap rate, downtime).
- Process control: Monitor and optimise extrusion parameters (temperature profiles, screw speed, line speed, thickness/gauge) to ensure stable, efficient processes.
- Quality control: Implement and maintain quality inspections at incoming material, in-process and final product stages; manage non-conformities, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Inventory control: Manage stock of raw materials (resins, additives, masterbatches) and finished goods; perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
- Material planning: Forecast raw material needs, coordinate purchasing and minimise stock-outs, excess inventory and obsolete material.
- Maintenance coordination: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment.
- Health & safety: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in English on production, quality, scrap, stock levels and KPIs for the Head of Production at headquarters.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen).
