Tổng quan
- Support and collaborates with Indocn Area Head and department heads to plan for appropriate resource and suitable talent for current company requirements and future expansion.
- Creates effective compensation strategy based on market research and remuneration surveys.
- Manages end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Drafts and maintain employees’ employment contracts, HR Letters and related in compliance with local regulations.
- Conducts HR orientation to onboard new employees.
- Conducts exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
- Oversees payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, employee benefits, and annual salary reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, employment contracts, internal labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Works in alignment with regional HR to establish, implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Works in alignment with OSI manager to setup code of conduct, succession planning, and business continuity plans.
- Manages employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, and employee retention.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime and employee records.
- Facilitate and maintain HR systems and processes.
- Maintains organization structure and facilitates effective hiring process via ensuring department heads provides updated job descriptions for all staff.
- Leads to assess with Indocn Area Head and department heads to identify training needs, develop training programs to enhance employee skillsets relevant to their job requirements.
- Provides guidance to management on appropriate HR strategy, organizational structure, workforce planning, change management, and long-term organizational growth
