Coordinate all activities related to Sea Freight Export Operations.
Carry out tasks in accordance with the company’s operational procedures and guidelines.
Execute export shipments accurately and efficiently, in compliance with export regulations and customers’ expectations.
Communicate with and receive booking orders from customers/agents; coordinate with overseas agents; negotiate with carriers/agents for space allocation; confirm bookings for freight pick-up; and ensure smooth shipment coordination.
Ensure compliance with export regulations for all shipments. Prepare and review Shipping Instructions (SI) and Bills of Lading to determine shipping charges and applicable tariffs.
Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding shipment status, transit updates, and any irregularities.
Assist in creating and updating operational and customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
