- Campaign Planning
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and conversion.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare structured reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Own daily and weekly tracking of GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and inventory health across all platforms.
- Identify performance issues between traffic, conversion, stock, or promotion issues.
- Prepare clear performance reports for management with actionable recommendations.
- Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Support demand forecasting for campaign periods and BAU operations, coordinating with supply chain to prevent stockouts.
- Track Days-on-Hand (DOH) and flag replenishment needs ahead of key campaign periods.
- Monitor SKU-level performance and recommend prioritization across categories.
- Budget & Pricing Management
- Assist in budget phasing and campaign investment tracking, monitoring spend vs. plan throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Support pricing policy management across platforms, ensuring consistency and competitiveness.
- Team & Cross-functional Coordination
- Support day-to-day management of the e-commerce team, ensuring smooth operations and clear priorities.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, warehouse, and platform teams to ensure campaign execution runs on time.
