Tổng quan
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Prepare contracts, shipping documents, and related reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, accounting, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update customer data and internal records.
- Support managers with ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (Logistics Sales assistant, Logistics customer service, or similar roles).
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to follow company procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language skills: English/Vietnamese/Chinese
