Develop product and market expertise (OEM/Priva labels)
Create new private label revenue by building and managing a pipeline of customer prospects from identification to negotiation to execution.
Identify opportunities via market and competitor analysis.
Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
Facilitate the negotiation of pricing and contract terms for long-term relationships.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development and innovation.
Ensure customer satisfaction through issue resolution
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Acting as a bridge between the company's production capabilities and the partner's brand strategy
Work closely with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and support customer requirements.
Minimum 4-6 years’ sales management experience in Sales B2B / Key Account in FMCG, private label
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
Possess customer-focused mindset, matured and amicable personality.
Self-motivated and result oriented individual.
Periodic to extensive domestic travel is required
Fluent in written & spoken English
