Tổng quan
- Build, test and deploy well-defined Boomi integration processes with guidance and code review from senior developers
- Create and update Boomi maps, connector configurations and simple process logic, following team standards
- Support the maintenance of integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake and third-party APIs
- Implement standard error handling and logging patterns in your processes
- Test REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman, and validate data in JSON, XML and flat-file formats
- Monitor integration health using Boomi's operational dashboards, investigate failures and escalate appropriately
- Help with incident triage in hypercare and BAU, and learn from root cause analysis
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) within the ITEA delivery model and keep Jira tickets up to date
- Contribute to documentation: runbooks, process descriptions and change records
- Take part in code reviews to learn team conventions and integration standards
- Work through a structured learning plan, including Boomi Associate Integration Developer certification
