Location: 6th Floor, The Hub Building, 195/10E Dien Bien Phu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Develop new business opportunities and expand market share within the Food & Beverage industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, key accounts, distributors.
Conduct site surveys, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
Promote and provide technical consultation on hygiene, cleaning, disinfection, and food safety solutions.
Coordinate with Technical Hub to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets, profit objectives, and business KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Account Manager, Business Development, or related roles.
Experience in Food Processing, Beverage, Brewery, Dairy, Meat Processing, …industries is highly preferred.
Professional Competencies
Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and food safety requirements.
Knowledge of hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection practices within Food & Beverage operations.
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend value-added solutions.
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and manage projects effectively.
Self-motivated, customer centric, and results-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
