Accounting record and report
Check input invoices and accounting documents
Cost, expense, prepaid expense recording.
Fixed asset increasing/ decreasing/ depreciation track and recording
Tools, Equipment, inventory/ increasing/ decreasing/ allocation recording
Record and track WIP and CIP items
Issue VAT invoice and have responsibility for credit control, report overdue daily (if any)
Detail report AP/ Fixed assets/inventory/ prepaid expense
Tax calculation and declaration VAT, FCWT.
Work with external/internal auditors
Update legal relating to tax- accounting
General requirement
Ensure all transaction relating cost/ assets….must record in time and compliance with accounting regulations and standards
All reports and declaration to authorities and Chief Accountant, BODs in time
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
