OEM Designer:
Design bags and luggage (backpacks, handbags, suitcases, etc.) for global brands under OEM projects.
Develop designs based on customer-provided designs, Tech Packs, specifications, reference samples, and technical requirements.
Translate customer requirements into production-ready 2D technical drawings, including product structure, dimensions, materials, components, and construction details.
Prepare and manage technical files such as Schematic, Artwork (AW), Embroidery (EMB), Scale Logo, 2D Spec, and Factory/Sample Room SOP.
Define and verify the placement of logos, prints, embroidery, quilting, labels, hardware, zippers, webbing, pockets, reinforcements, and other product details.
Work closely with Pattern Makers, Sample Room, Embroidery Team, and Merchandising Team to ensure designs can be accurately developed and manufactured.
Review physical samples against approved references, technical drawings, patterns, and specifications.
Update and revise designs and technical files based on sample feedback, customer comments, pattern changes, and production issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
