- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Facilitation and documentation of the receive and dispatch of both raw materials and finished goods
- Warehouse management, including but not limited to continuous monitoring of the inventory level, supporting the stock-taking process and ensuring safe and orderly storage of materials and goods.
- Driving Forklift when needed.
- Monitor production activities and capture operational information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate order placement, production, and ensure delivery completion.
- Schedule and track deliveries from initial booking through final destination.
- Manage vendors, track performance, and conduct negotiations.
- Lead operational activities and prepare regular reports.
- Continuously identify process pain points and propose efficiency initiatives.
- Support any other tasks as required.
