Plan and conduct inspections (PPM, Inline, Final, SMS) to ensure compliance with Jack Wolfskin

During PPM clearly identify critical quality areas and communicate them to the factory to improve
quality outcomes.
Report major defects identified during inline or final inspection to supervisor for any immediate
action to be taken
Accurately and promptly record inspection data in quality system
Create inspection results and share relevant data with the supervisor, Jack Wolfskin HQ and vendors.
Work closely with suppliers to implement and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Regularly review supplier performance, focusing on quality KPI’s and CAP progress.
Enforce specifications, standards, and policies to support quality requirements with factories.
Train dedicated factory inspectors (CIP) on quality expectations, including specifications, standards
and policies.
Proactively audit factory quality processes detect and address issues that might affect Jack Wolfskin
Promote excellence in both product quality and process execution.
Participate in relevant training to continuously improve capabilities and job performance.
Support Superiors for quality related projects.
Uphold integrity in all business interactions and represent Jack Wolfskin in a professional manner.
