Tổng quan
- Perform incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical parts against technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct finished goods inspection (including mechanical, electrical and functional inspections) prior to delivery to ensure conformity with customer and internal requirements.
- Use and maintain precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height measuring devices.
- Interpret and verify detailed mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Identify and report non-conformities and follow up with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and improvement of quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering teams.
