Tổng quan

Act as the Management Team’s principal adviser on port safety improvement, marine-interface risk, critical equipment safety, contractor control and operational risk governance.
Exercise stop-work authority for any activity presenting imminent danger, uncontrolled critical risk, breach of an approved operating envelope, or absence of required permits, competencies or safeguards.
Require a documented method statement, risk assessment, permit and competent approval before non-routine or safety-critical work proceeds.
Independently verify closure and effectiveness of corrective actions before recommending return to service or resumption of affected operations.
Escalate material risks, repeated non-conformities, delayed actions and conflicts between production pressure and safety requirements to the executive sponsor and Group OHS.
Participate in port planning, vessel acceptance, maintenance shutdown, change-management and capital-project decisions where safety or operational continuity may be affected.
