  • IMITI is looking for a Product Development Staff to turn international customer requirements into well-executed wooden furniture samples and production-ready products.

  • IMITI is a Vietnam-based wooden furniture manufacturer producing bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and custom OEM/ODM furniture for international B2B customers. Here, you will deepen your product knowledge, collaborate across teams, and build customer trust through each project.
  • What You Will Do
  • Review customer briefs, ideas, photos, reference samples, and target requirements for OEM/ODM wooden furniture projects.
  • Coordinate sample development from initial request through prototype approval, including timelines, technical clarification, materials, construction, finishes, and packaging requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality control, and sample team to resolve development issues and improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and lead time.
  • Track sample development progress, maintain accurate specifications and revision records, and communicate project updates and risks promptly.
  • Coordinate sample evaluations, corrective actions, sample shipments, and follow-up on customer feedback.
  • Support overseas customers during factory visits and product/sample reviews.
  • For Team Leader candidates: prioritize the development pipeline, allocate work, coach team members, coordinate cross-functional decisions, and drive timely delivery and continuous process improvement.
