Tổng quan

Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo
Liaise with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related document
Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule
Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process
Other task required by the superiors.

Over 02 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company
Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in cost reconciliation and month-end closing
Familiarity with ELSA system or similar TMS/ERP tools
Strong Excel skills (monthly volume data management, pivot table usage)
Willing to work overtime
