Tổng quan

Coordinate and conduct welcoming activities for foreign visitors and customers, ensuring professional hospitality and smooth communication with relevant departments.
Support the organization of internal events, meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities for HSCC. Handle administrative operations, including office supply requests, stationery management, pantry and cleaning supplies control, meeting room arrangements, and document preparation.
Coordinate transportation, meal arrangements, payment and other logistics for visitors, meetings, and department activities when required. Maintain and update administrative records, reports, schedules, and related documents accurately and timely.
Work closely with HR Dept. and related departments to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
Assist in monitoring department facilities and office conditions to ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to support operational needs.
Conduct internal audits to verify and ensure that HSCC operations are aligned with customer requirements and applicable standards.
Standardize internal processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across HSCC operations.
Conduct periodical shoe disposal.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
