Monitor factory’s audit status and improvement progress across supply chain.
Maintain supplier compliance internal management and support all walks of activities as directed through compliance policy. Communicate code of conduct audit requirements to suppliers while monitoring their compliance status.
Conduct factory assessments, identify potential risks in the supplier chain and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.
Implement and monitor the licensor MA/FAMA policy.
Review and evaluate 3rd party audit reports, assign grading & follow up with suppliers on corrective actions.
Maintain supplier compliance database and prepare analysis / track reports. Communicate with correspondent company regional compliance teams and key retailers/customers.
Support the execution and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy, paper policy and energy management program within China and Southeast Asia.
