- Support project planning, timelines, resource coordination, risk management, and
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs.
- Act as the central point of coordination between project teams, departments, and
- Coordinate project meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular management reports highlighting project progress, KPIs, risks, and
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to PMO processes
- Work with Regional Marketing to communicate campaigns and project updates to clients.
- Translate and interpret project-related information from Chinese to Vietnamese.
- Support communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and Vietnamese clients.
