  • Build, develop, and manage YouTube and social media fanpage systems to drive traffic to the website.
  • Develop content ideas around trending topics, news, entertainment, and other relevant themes to increase reach, engagement, and website clicks.
  • Contribute ideas for branded video concepts.
  • Edit short-form video clips from existing content.
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media content designed to create curiosity, increase engagement, and optimize CTR.
  • Monitor content performance based on key metrics such as:
  • Reach – Engagement – Clicks – CTR – Website Traffic.
  • Proactively research trends, viral content, and hot topics in international markets and quickly adapt them for social media channels.
  • Use AI tools to speed up the production of content, visuals, and creative ideas.
  • Manage the content posting schedule and optimize content quality for each page and topic.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and propose improvements to optimize traffic and content effectiveness.
  • Korean proficiency sufficient for working purposes, equivalent to TOPIK Level 4 or above. Able to understand Korean content and independently identify basic errors in subtitles.
  • Understand how YouTube content distribution works and have a mindset for driving traffic from social media to the website.
  • Able to write engaging captions, create strong headlines, and use effective curiosity hooks.
  • Proficient in content-related tools.
  • Quick to catch up with trends and sensitive to viral content.
  • Proactive and responsible at work.
  • Willing to learn and interested in researching social media and platform trends. Responsible for maintaining the video posting schedule. For a new channel, consistency and regularity in publishing content are very important.
  • Able to receive feedback and make revisions quickly.
  • Experience using AI-assisted editing tools such as Descript, Screen Studio, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, etc.
  • Experience independently managing a YouTube channel or other social media content channels.
  • Interested in fields such as IT, SaaS, and tools for programmers/developers.
  • Regularly follows Korean YouTube content.
  • Preference will be given to graduates of the Academy of Journalism and Communication.
