Tổng quan

Own marketing strategy and execution across all channels for the Vietnamese and Korean markets (digital, social, performance, offline, partnerships).
Plan and run campaigns end-to-end: positioning, creative direction, media planning, budget, execution, and reporting.
Localize messaging correctly for Vietnamese and Korean audiences — not just translation, but real cultural adaptation.
Manage agencies, media partners, and KOL/influencer relationships in both markets.
Track performance data and continuously optimize spend and channels for measurable results.
Report directly to leadership in Korean and English.

Language & culture (mandatory): native-level Korean AND English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a deep understanding of Korean business culture.
Vietnam–Korea marketing experience (required): hands-on experience running marketing for Vietnamese and Korean markets — all major channels and formats.
Senior/manager level: proven experience leading campaigns, budgets, and/or teams at a senior or managerial level.
Portfolio: verifiable campaign results, creative work, and performance metrics.
Full-stack marketing skills: comfortable across brand, content, digital/performance, social, and offline marketing.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing education, content/publishing, or technology products.
Vietnamese language proficiency.
Experience with Korean platforms (Naver, KakaoTalk) and Vietnamese platforms (Zalo, Facebook/TikTok VN ecosystems).
