Tổng quan
- Receive and process sales orders from customers and the Sales Team.
- Verify order details including pricing, promotions, quantities, delivery, and invoicing information.
- Input and confirm orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on delivery progress and customer requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and order tracking reports.
- Support E-commerce order processing and other assigned projects.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests.
- Update customer master data and promotional programs in the ERP system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
- Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Vietnamese; basic English communication is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage. (Added as a practical requirement for reporting tasks)
