Tổng quan

  • Liaise with the Merchandising team to ensure the unit receives new embroidery and bonding development requests. Provide costing information to the Merchandising team promptly.
  • Delegate tasks to and manage the Development Executive and Production Executive to ensure sample development and daily production plans are achieved.
  • Review production and Quality Assurance reports and take corrective action when deviations from targets are identified.
  • Follow up on pre-production preparation processes for all styles.
  • Ensure that 5S practices within the department meet company standards.
  • Review and approve raw material ordering sheets.
  • Monitor the progress of risk assessments and pre-production meetings for all styles.
  • Coordinate with Plant Operations teams on daily activities to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
  • Conduct skill evaluations, coaching, performance appraisals, and KPI tracking for all staff in the unit to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company requirements and maintain a safe and positive working environment for employees.
  • Collaborate with Design and Merchandising teams on value engineering and develop new concepts to deliver high-value solutions to customers and leading brands.
  • Liaise and negotiate with raw material suppliers regarding pricing and ordering.
  • Review ongoing styles to identify additional bonding applications and propose them to customers through the Merchandising department.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly embroidery plans with the Embellishment team. Develop order forecasts to ensure the planned plant capacity utilization rate. Provide periodic business forecasts covering revenue, costs, headcount, and other key indicators. Monitor monthly cost sheets and profit and loss (P&L) performance to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Manage the team to control absenteeism, employee turnover, and disciplinary issues.
  • Identify opportunities to sell available production capacity to external customers and expand the unit's business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
