- We are looking for a dedicated Chinese-speaking Sales Support Officer to support our Sales team with the responsibilities outlined below:
- Coordinate with Operations and Pricing teams to check rates, space, and handle sea freight bookings.
- Be responsible for liaison and preparation of quotations for clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Operations and Commercial Departments to support the Sales team in providing appropriate transportation solutions.
- Follow up on booking procedures, SI, and draft B/L to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Collect documents and update shipment status to Sales/customers.
- Check shipment cost/revenue and assist in receivable monitoring.
