- Develop and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce waste in production.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
- Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management on performance outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production processes.
