Plan monthly and campaign content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, the website and other relevant channels; develop themes, key messages, captions, video scripts and ad copy.
Create and adapt content for both brand-building goals (positioning, product storytelling, brand recognition and engagement) and performance goals (attention, views, traffic, leads or conversions).
Work with design, media, sales/retail teams and external partners to develop briefs, key visuals, videos, POSM and in-store content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations and store openings.
Monitor content and campaign results; summarize relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, video views, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS using available data; recommend adjustments to messaging, formats or creative.
Research customers, category and platform trends, and competitors to identify insights, content angles and communication opportunities; maintain content calendars and manage timelines and assigned budgets/costs.
Support relationships with KOLs/KOCs, communities, malls/partners and stores; track deliverables, review submitted content and summarize activity results.
