Develop and execute the wholesale sales plan to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets.
Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring effective launch plans and smooth roll-out across new accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular visits, training, and sales support initiatives.
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to implement brand-right displays, promotional campaigns.
Monitor account performance to ensure brand standards, pricing policies, and assortment compliance are met.
Analyze sales performance and provide input for strategies to expand market penetration and product category growth.
Manage pre-order planning and order processing to align with sales objectives and inventory levels.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow from order to delivery.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
