Business Development & Solution Consulting:
Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with target corporate clients: Hotel Chains, Resorts, Luxury Showrooms (Automotive, Fashion, Real Estate), Event Agencies, etc.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with client representatives (General Managers, Directors of F&B, Marketing Managers, Procurement Head, etc.) to propose scent solutions tailored to their brand identity.
Site Survey & Project Execution:
Schedule and perform on-site space evaluations (covering area dimensions
ventilation, and HVAC systems) to recommend optimal diffusers and fragrance
formulations.
Coordinate with the Technical Team on-site during equipment installation, trial and system handovers.
Negotiation & Account Management:
Draft commercial proposals, and close service agreements.
Serve as the primary point of contact during post-sale operations: tracking oil refill/replacement schedules and handling client requests or adjustments.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to secure contract renewals and generate cross-selling or referral opportunities.
