- Create, manage and maintain the below comprehensive technical documentation for new product and existing products, in alignment with regulatory and customer requirements:
- Customer facing FG (Finished Goods) specifications – supporting APCO PREP tool inputs (removes confidential information from internal specs, still providing detailed technical info)
- Pro-forma specifications, supporting tenders and business wins
- Collaborate with Group Quality & Compliance Managers, Group Procurement and LP Design & R&D teams to gather information and ensure that specifications align with quality, internal and external testing standards and claims.
- Collaborate with R&D and Group Procurement to ensure the validity and accuracy of claims (origin, content, performance and end of life), ensuring sufficient substantiation exists.
- Work with Group Quality & Compliance Managers to determine & maintain version & access control of all specifications, ensuring that specifications are accurately and effectively stored for access through the business as required.
- Work with group Quality & Compliance Managers to develop and agree an ongoing program to carry out specification updates , ensuring data quality, completeness & validity at all times.
- Support sales by completing customer documentation requests, as well as the coordination of supporting documentation requests.
- SUPPS / Legislation Tracking, including updating templates for product specifications to satisfy changes in regulatory landscape, when required. Deliver accurate product specifications promptly against agreed timeframes
- With the Group Transformation team and line manager, support the automation of product specifications, product data tables and templates, with a view of enabling a future self-service solution for publishable product specs.
