Factory Performance Analysis / 工厂绩效分析
Analyze monthly factory costs, including in-house expenses and subcontracting costs, to identify key cost drivers and performance trends.
分析工厂每月成本，包括内部运营费用及外包加工成本，以识别主要成本驱动因素及绩效趋势。
Perform what-if analyses to support operational decision-making.
开展情景假设分析（What-if Analysis），为运营决策提供数据支持。
Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements to enhance operational performance.
与相关部门及业务负责人密切合作，将数据分析结果转化为可执行的改善措施，以提升运营绩效。
Ad Hoc Projects / 临时专项项目
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses based on business requirements.
根据业务需求开展专项财务分析。
完成上级安排的其他工作及职责。
Education / 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields. Finance/Accounting/Auditing background is a plus.
本科及以上学历，工商管理、经济学、管理学或相关专业；财务、会计或审计背景优先。

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
熟练使用 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel 和 PowerPoint；熟悉 Power BI 者优先。
Work Experience / 工作经验
1–3 years of relevant experience; garment or textile/fabric industry experience is preferred.
1–3 年相关工作经验；具有服装或纺织/面料行业经验者优先。
Technical Skills / 技术技能
Strong data analysis, processing, and problem-solving skills.
具备较强的数据分析、处理及问题解决能力。
Languages / 语言能力
Vietnamese and Chinese required; English is a plus.
越南语和中文；具备英语能力者优先。
