Vessel Operations & Scheduling
Coordinate vessel operations, ensuring timely updates on daily movements, long-term
Manage and update CY Cutoff and Window times for HCM and CMP terminals.
Register monthly berth schedules with port authorities.
Communication & Cargo Management
Act as liaison with MOC and vessel captains at SGN/CMP ports when required.
Verify and provide initial import/export cargo figures (including empty and reefer
Deliver pre-loading plans from MOC to terminals for review and updates prior to cargo
Documentation & Reporting
Review and upload final stowage plans (ASC format and EDI format) to VOI after vessel
Maintain and update ADR records for vessels operated by Cosco.
