Performing daily accounting tasks: following and checking on bank transactions, payment transfers, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoices; collecting invoices; storing documents and inputting data into accounting software.
Involving submitting Visa & work permit for Foreign employee
Booking ticket flight for employee
Manage office stationery and supplies & payment service fees for Office
Checking and ensuring all contracts with vendors and clients are consistent; keeping track of all the contracts in filing properly.
Sending letter confirmation (Receivable, payable account) for audit purpose
Other tasks assigned by management
Requirement:
Bachelor of Finance and Accounting
1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
English communication
Knowledge of Accounting software Fast (VAS) & BC365
Must be proficient in data entry and management
Good communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work with teams
Proactive, meticulous, integrity
Keep strict confidentiality of information
