Tổng quan
- Demand Forecasting Management:
- Build monthly, quarterly and annual forecast models to improve forecast accuracy.
- Order Planning Management:
- Analyze purchase order (PO) changes and support order execution for key customers.
- Supply & Capacity Planning:
- Manage capacity reservation and supply capacity.
- Inventory Management:
- Establish safety‑stock strategies and optimize inventory turnover.
- Demand Planning Governance:
- Lead Demand Review and Demand Planning meetings.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop KPI dashboards and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or bachelor’s degree and above
- Minimum 8 years of supply‑chain planning experience
- Minimum 3 years of team‑management experience
- Familiar with footwear materials, insoles, footwear or consumer‑goods industries
- Familiar with brand forecast management, Development‑to‑Commercialization process, footwear BOM, material lead‑time and capacity reservation. Experience with Asia‑based supply chains and fluent English proficiency are required.
- Technical Competencies:
- Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning; proficient in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems
- Leadership Competencies:
- Strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, result‑orientation, communication & influence, problem‑solving, and team development.
- Preferred Background:
- Brand side: Experience in sport brand companies
