Employer Branding & Employee Engagement – Main Focus
Create ideas, photos, videos and short-form content to promote the Company’s working environment, culture, people and career opportunities on TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
Support recruitment livestreams and other employer branding campaigns.
Coordinate Company events and employee engagement activities such as Year End Party, Women’s Day, Blood Donation, Running Events, 0đ Market and other internal activities.
Explore new ideas and communication channels to strengthen the Company’s employer brand and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition
Develop candidate sources through LinkedIn, Facebook, job sites, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Post vacancies and support recruitment communication.
Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
Follow up candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support job offers, pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
Others
Maintain communication with employees and listen to their concerns or feedback.
Support HR in understanding employee issues and identifying appropriate solutions when needed.
Support employee feedback collection, engagement and retention activities.
Support other HR projects and assignments as requested by the HR Manager.
