Receive and handle IT support requests from office employees, ensuring timely responses and minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, office software, Wi-Fi, internal networks, and other office-connected equipment.
Install operating systems, Microsoft Office, software, and other necessary work applications.
Create, assign, and manage work accounts such as email accounts and other internal platforms according to business and user requirements.
Manage the allocation, retrieval, inventory, tracking, and periodic inspection of IT equipment by employee and department.
Coordinate with service providers to resolve network, Internet, or equipment issues that are beyond the scope of internal IT support.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 01–03 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a similar position.
Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), office applications (Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365), and basic networking concepts (Network, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
English Proficiency: Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
