Verify the accuracy of materials and confirm the suitability of proposed solutions for site implementation.
Ensure subcontractors comply with all Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) requirements.
Supervise subcontractor teams in accordance with the Quality Control (QC) checklist and established construction standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Huawei’s installation standards and project requirements.
Assist site teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Monitor and enforce standardized construction practices to ensure work quality and consistency.
Immediately report any non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
Ensure all subcontractor personnel complete Huawei-required training and are familiar with installation procedures and requirements.
