- Position Overview
- Provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Support on-site project delivery, including installation supervision, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of Solar PV, BESS, and Site Power systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and technical issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, service reports, training materials, and spare parts requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, EPC contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and handover.
- Promote service solutions and identify potential service business opportunities.
- Ensure service activities comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
