Tổng quan
- Manage client and internal AWS environments across multiple accounts: Organizations, IAM, networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN), security services, backup and patching.
- Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK) and CI/CD; monitor, troubleshoot and handle incidents.
- Track and reduce AWS costs: budgets, choosing the right resource sizes, Savings Plans / Reserved Instances.
- Keep up with new AWS services, try them out and build proofs of concept (PoC) before using them in projects.
- Maintain reusable templates, standard architecture designs and operation guides.
- Join client meetings with Sales / Account Managers to understand business and technical needs.
- Design suitable AWS solutions, choosing services that fit the requirements and budget, and present them to clients.
- Prepare cost estimates (AWS Pricing Calculator), compare options and help prepare proposals.
- Review client systems against AWS best practices (Well-Architected) and suggest improvements for security, reliability and cost.
- Run workshops and training sessions for clients and our delivery team.
