Tổng quan

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and modern software engineering practices.
Develop scalable, highly available, and performant services and applications.
Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
Conduct and participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.
Work closely with Product engineers, test engineers, QA, and other engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Mentor Senior Software Engineers and help develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team.
Promote knowledge sharing through technical presentations, documentation, workshops, and communities of practice.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges.

Compensation Package with an annual bonus of 1.96–4.00 months’ salary, depending on job level, including the 13th-month bonus.
