Tổng quan

  • Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement – 40%
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical process issues related to Printing, Slicing, Dicing, TAN processes, and other relevant manufacturing operations.
  • Participate directly in the development, qualification, and operation of equipment used in the manufacturing of elements and ceramics.
  • Collaborate with the Design Group to resolve internal and external technical questions related to mechanical and assembly methods for products.
  • Troubleshoot major production issues and customer complaints, providing technical recommendations for short-term containment and long-term corrective actions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for special projects, pilot operations, product development, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare, review, and present engineering reports. Communicate technical findings clearly and concisely, lead complex technical discussions, contribute to proposal development, and organize effective meetings.
  • Take responsibility for communicating with and responding to auditors and customers regarding discrepancies and conformities identified during audits. Ensure timely implementation of corrections and corrective actions, evaluate their effectiveness to prevent recurrence, and identify training needs related to on-the-job training, quality, EHS, and other relevant areas.
  • Participate directly in the development and qualification of new materials and new products.
  • Apply sound engineering judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques for problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Process Operations – 30%
  • Monitor process parameters and performance against established process requirements and ensure that process-related issues are resolved within the required timeframe.
  • Provide coaching and technical training to team members to enhance problem-solving capabilities, ensure timely issue resolution, and select appropriate solutions to maintain continuous production.
  • Ensure that consumables required for mechanical processes are properly identified, specified, and ordered in a timely manner to meet manufacturing needs.
  • Receive, evaluate, and process technical feedback and improvement suggestions from the Production Team and other relevant departments.
  • Technical Communication & Collaboration – 15%
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with technology suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and technical experts.
  • Collaborate with technical experts at Dallas CTS to review and update process operation and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with local and offshore engineering teams to develop and implement effective methods that support both low-volume and high-volume production requirements.
  • Proactively monitor team commitments, track progress, and provide timely feedback to ensure alignment with project and operational objectives.
  • Project Support – 15%
  • Support special projects and other engineering initiatives as required.
  • Contribute technical expertise to project execution, process development, and manufacturing improvement activities.
