Tổng quan

  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts and territories to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop new customers, and convert competitor accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate quotations, commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
  • Work with global sales teams to implement global brand specifications and convert brand nominations into local sales with Tier-1/Tier-2 manufacturers.
  • Support and coach junior Sales Executives in sales methodology, account management, and negotiation.
  • Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer information through CRM/HubSpot.
  • Monitor customer credit and payment status and coordinate to resolve payment issues.
  • Provide market intelligence, sales forecasts, and regular reports to management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of B2B field sales experience, including at least 3 years in the Textile & Footwear industry.
  • Strong experience in business development, new customer acquisition, and key account management.
  • Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good mentoring/coaching capability and ability to support junior sales team members.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
  • Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is preferred.
