Tổng quan

Accounting/Operations/Reporting:
Lead and oversee daily finance and accounting operation of both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi accounting teams, providing guidance on accounting, financial and compliance matters
Responsible for all intercompany related duties such as recharge, agreements, settlement, monthly reconciliation

Monitor overall accounts receivables and collection progress
Responsible for monthly financial statements and reports for Vietnam, in accordance with VAS for statutory reporting, and US GAAP for group reporting
Lead the annual budget and forecast process, providing accurate financial projections, business insights and variance analysis
Manage cash flow and working capital effectively to support the Group’s operational and strategic business objectives
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures to enhance corporate governance
Manage and drive the timely and accurate month-end financial closing process
Responsible for annual statutory and group audits, tax audits, tax filings etc.
Oversee all banking matters, including bank account opening, account maintenance and coordination
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency
Lead and manage accounting and finance-related projects including system enhancements and automation
Handle other ad hoc projects to support management
