- FABRIC / TRIMS / MATERIALS / EMBELLISHMENTS:
- Check on fabric, accessories, embellishments & packing material prices with Merchandisers/Suppliers to prepare for Costing.
- Needs to verify prices if find any discrepancies.
- BOM Checking :
- Review and understand the Technical Worksheets & Standard Requirements of the Assigned Brand/Customer.
- Extract information from BOM (Bill of Material) & create Costing Chart for all Styles.
- Check Construction Worksheets to ensure all trims are reflected as on BOM; to notify Product Developers if any discrepancy.
- PAC SYSTEM :
- Build Costing data in system for Consumption, Prices and Colors.
- Update Costings & Saved to Server.
- COSTING PROCESS :
- To build Internal Costing on: Consumption, Price, MOQ/MCQ
- To enter Data on following Charts :
- Seasonal Bulk Production Price Chart (FOB Prices)
- Seasonal Bulk leadtime Chart (Fabric Greige Leadtime)
- Perform other duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time
Yêu cầu
- Min GCE O level
- Experience in garment industry is preferred
- Good in Microsoft Excel
- Team player and meticulous, good communication and time management skills
- Education requirement: Junior College, University
- WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
- Internal key customers: Build and maintain good working relationship with team members and other departments.
- External key customers: Build and maintain good working relationship with buyers, suppliers and printers
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Prepare all necessary Data clearly & with accuracy.
- Ensure all tasks needed to complete buy ready are process within time-frame
- Deliver and achieve good KPI(s) and set goals
