- Shipping Document Verification and Submission Management
- Review and verify shipping documents from factories and ensure accuracy across ERP and buyer systems.
- Follow up with factories for timely document submission and correction of any discrepancies.
- Submit shipping documents to company ERP, buyer systems, or buyers within required deadlines.
- Monitor and update shipping document submission status in ERP.
- Monitor pending POs in ERP and follow up with factories to confirm shipment status.
- Ensure shipping information is updated in ERP after shipment.
- Freight Payment
- Verify freight charges and shipment details, and process freight payment requests for forwarders and Courier company.
- Prepare payment vouchers in ERP and coordinate with Accounting for payment processing.
