Oversee the three sections of the department: Legal Section / Compliance Control Section / Quality Management Section
Report directly to Company management as the person responsible for legal affairs, compliance control, and quality management (including food hygiene and safety) company-wide
As the head of the “audit/control side” under the Three Lines of Defense model, oversee the inspection and control of business process/regulation compliance across all departments and report violations to Company management
Oversee the establishment of regulations and periodic audits related to security/safety and fire safety (PCCC), in coordination with the execution units — the General Affairs Department and Store Development Department
Oversee compliance with Vietnamese retail-related laws and regulations and license/permit matters

Lương theo thỏa thuận theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.
Chế độ phúc lợi: Đóng BHXH full lương. Hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ khác theo quy định của Luật lao động, và các chế độ phúc lợi khác theo quy định Công ty.
Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13, thưởng các ngày lễ của Việt Nam, thưởng các ngày lễ cho con em CBNV.
