Reconcile bank and e-wallet cash flows with the Qvant system and accounting software daily and monthly.
Reconcile revenue allocation data from Power BI, record revenue, and prepare monthly revenue reports.
Prepare and issue e-invoices to customers accurately, on time, and as requested.
Prepare monthly reconciliation reports between the system and e-wallets.
Update and reconcile collection records, customer balances, and e-wallet balances to support revenue reporting and collection forecasting.
Record revenue-related transactions and reconciliation of entries within the assigned scope of responsibility.
Review sales contracts, check overpayments, and process customer refunds.
Verify collection transactions at Customer Service team requests; coordinate with banks and e-wallet providers to resolve discrepancies and support collection reconciliation activities.
Support revenue analysis, collection forecasting, and management reporting activities.
Support preparation of collection forecasts and funding requirement estimates to support business planning activities.
Prepare periodic revenue and collection reports to support management review and decision-making.
Support implementation of financial controls, reconciliation procedures, and governance initiatives across entities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
