Tổng quan
- Thoroughly understand the company’s entire production process; monitor and update changes related to processes, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform internal quality control on the production line: inspect products according to standards, supervise quality control points (QC points), record and report daily quality data.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to early detect quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Receive, handle, and follow up on customer quality complaints; coordinate with suppliers to resolve incoming material/component defects when issues arise.
- Participate in developing, updating, and maintaining documents related to production processes and quality management (work instructions, checklists, non-conformance reports, etc.).
- Support process improvement activities and product quality enhancement initiatives in line with the company’s direction.
